While childhood is a critical time for its development, EQ is not fixed at birth. It can be nurtured and strengthened throughout adulthood with benefits to your health, your relationships and your work.

retirement success profile
People are living longer and healthier, and new ways of thinking about retirement are emerging which value life balance over time-filling activities; personal fulfillment over relaxation; and realizing long-held dreams.
The Retirement Success Profile (RSP) was developed and refined over the past 20 years by Richard P. Johnson, Ph.D. The RSP offers you the most comprehensive and personal retirement data possible. The RSP doesn’t look at your finances, but rather looks at you, and reflects back to you via 15 retirement success factors – solid, quantifiable information that you can use immediately to assess your retirement planning progress.
