UBC CERTIFICATE IN WORKING WITH AN
AGING POPULATION


With a rapidly aging population, there is a growing need for professionals, volunteers and community members knowledgeable about issues pertinent to the lives of older adults. This practical and innovative certificate program integrates university level knowledge about aging with in-depth exploration of the personal and community life issues facing older adults and their families.

Award-winning faculty in the fields of aging and adult development have designed this certificate program to be professionally and personally meaningful to learners from diverse backgrounds.

The certificate fee is $3,500 (no GST).
